Our whey protein comes from ‘happy cows’ in New Zealand that spend their days on the pasture and eat grass only. They are milked according to season and are never injected with steroids or hormones and never fed corn. These cows produce superior quality milk, way above our USDA prescribed organic standard. This raw organic milk is put through a series of fine filters to remove other dairy components such as fat and lactose and extracts our proteins. This micro-filtration process is patented and exclusive to Isagenix. It doesn’t use heat, salts, acids or enzymes, all of which denatures protein. This process holds in tact all the peptides, immunoglobulins and amino acids, and the final product is the best quality UNDENATURED whey in the world!! This is why many people who normally don’t tolerate dairy very well thrive on our whey protein.

Our plastic containers are completely biodegradable, and contain BioE™– a proprietary, completely safe, and non-toxic resin additive, applied during the manufacturing of all our plastic containers. This revolutionary science helps our shake containers break down more quickly once introduced to a microbe-rich environment–such as a landfill or compost pile. Our boxes, pillow packs, etc., are recyclable and our insulated cooler boxes, used during our U.S. summer cooler program, feature a biodegradable packing foam made of corn.
